The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Internal Road Located In Nowy Dwór, Wysokie Commune, Lublin Poviat, Lublin Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Construction Of The Road Surface - From Km 0+000 To Km 0+276 - Construction Of Roadsides. The Investment Is Aimed At Improving Road Traffic Safety And Ensuring The Coherence Of The Public Road Network By Raising The Technical Standard. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By This Swz, Design Documentation, Technical Specification, Bills Of Quantities, Drawings, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Works Referred To Above Should Be Made Of The Contractors Materials. Vertical Markings Should Be Made And Road Traffic Safety Devices Should Be Installed - According To The Permanent Traffic Organization Design. The Ordering Party Informs That The Permanent Traffic Organization Design Has Been Attached To The Tender Documentation In Annex No. 7 - Technical Documentation, While The Implementation, Review And Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Bill Of Quantities Has Been Attached To The Swz Only As An Aid And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For The Offer Valuation, Which Means That When Performing The Order, The Contractor Cannot Rely On Deficiencies (Quantitative, Type). In The Bills Of Quantities And, On This Basis, Demand Additional Payment For Works Necessary To Be Performed That Were Not Provided For In The Bills Of Quantities. The Contractors Offer Should Include All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensuring Its Proper And Effective Functioning. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Clarification Before Submitting The Offer. As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Particular When These Works Are Provided For In Any Of The Tender Documents Or Their Execution Results From The Adopted Technology Or For Other Reasons Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Informs That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Requires Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit. The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Decision In Question Has Been Submitted To The District Office, And The Administrative Proceedings For Its Issuance Are Ongoing. As Of The Date Of Initiation Of These Proceedings, The Decision On The Building Permit Has Not Yet Been Issued. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take The Above Circumstance Into Account When Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Order.
