The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Specialized Laboratory Equipment And Consumables For Molecular Biological Analysis, Which Will Allow To Define At A High Scientific Level The Influence Of Variable Factors Determined By Climate Changes On The Genetic Response Of The Vines, Including The Expression Of Genes Related To Resistance To Biotic And Abiotic Stress, As Well As Early Detection Of Pathogens (Viruses, Bacteria, Phytoplasmas And Fungi) On The Vine. The Order Includes The Following Separate Items:Separate Item #1: Supply Of Consumables For Pcr And Real Time Pcr For Ongoing Laboratory Work;Separate Item #2: Supply Of Laminar Boxes (Microbiological Class Ii A2 And For Pcr) And A Laboratory Fireplace;Separate Item No. 3: Supply Of General Laboratory Equipment;Separate Item No. 4: Delivery Of Autoclave;Separate Position No. 5: Supply Of Oligonucleotides (Pcr Primers).​​​​The Activity Is Financed As Part Of The Project Adaptation Of Viticulture To Climate Change By Applying Ecosystem Measures To Maintain Economic Viability (Viticlimrobg–Hard Robg00370), Under The Interreg Vi-A Romania-Bulgaria Program, Specific Objective: 2.4 — Promotion Of Adaptation To Climate Change, Disaster Risk Prevention And Resilience, Taking Into Account Ecosystem Approaches.The Specialized Equipment, Object Of This Public Procurement, Is In Integration With Previously Requested Components Of The Project, In Order To Achieve An Integrated Complex Approach, Directly Related To Adaptation To Climate Change. The Goal Is To Complement Field And Physicochemical Data With Molecular Genetic Analysis, Providing Precise, Reproducible And Scientifically Sound Results To Delineate The Relationship Of Climate Change With The Genetic Mechanisms Of Vine Adaptation, Generating Consistent Implementation Of Sustainable Practices To Fight The Climate Footprint And Establish Economic Viability.
