Tenders are invited for Preparation of Consultancy Studies for the Sabah Al-Ahmad Resort for Elderly Care Affiliated with the Ministry of Social Affairs at the Request of the Ministry of Central Agency for Public Tenders Price: 300/-. Documents may be obtained from: Important conditions and instructions: A printed bid shall be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except the bid bond and the offer which must be submitted as hard copies. Individual bids. A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. Authority for Manpower letter should be attached to the tender documents for monitoring no suspension on the bidders file must be submitted. The sealed and endorsed envelopes are taken from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. Bid Bond: 6,000 valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. Pre-tendering meeting: at 10 am on Sunday, 11/10/2026, in the Office of the General Manager for Administrative Planning and Development, Block 8, Street 87, Building 17, 2nd Floor. The tenderers should submit their offers not later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above. The tenderers should observe the instructions related to submitting and depositing the offers on the CD posted on the website of CAPT at www.capt.gov.kw The above-mentioned price should be paid by certified cheque or Knet. Contractors companies should submit their enquiries to the interested body at time and place which are mentioned above (the pre-tendering meeting (Inquiry session)). Enquiries sent to CAPT will be disregarded. All documents should be submitted on CDs that cannot be copied, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted in hard copies. This tender is indivisible. The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate, issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer. The tenderer should submit a current certificate issued to whom it may concern by the Ministry of Public Authority stating that there are no impediments in the national manpower file. Because of any of the reasons mentioned in Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010 and its amendments for Private Sector. (Offers that do not contain this certificate will be disregarded.) The tenderer should also submit an invitation to the tender opening session. The envelope with the sealed envelopes-opening session invitation should be sent to the Envelopes Opening Session Committee, along with the envelopes, and should bring the following documents to the session: A copy of the CD. A Letter of Authorization letter from the person who is authorized by the CAPT. In case of attendance by a person other than the authorized person, the attendee should bring a letter signed by the authorized person and stamped at CAPT designating the person who will attend the session. The owners of small and medium enterprises are exempted from paying the value of the tender documents, in accordance with Section 39 of Law 74/2019 concerning amendments to Law No. 49 of 2016 on Public Tenders.
