For The Customers Monitoring Of The Danish Water Environment, A Framework Agreement Is Offered Regarding The Supply Of Wireless Data Loggers With Stable Water Level, Temperature And Oxygen Sensors. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Measure Water Level, Water Temperature And Oxygen Content At 35 Selected Watercourse Stations In Denmark As Part Of The National Monitoring Program For Water Environment And Naur (Novana). Novanas Measurement Program Is Determined By The Customers Professional Coordination Group (Fkg), Which Also Determines The Requirements For The Measurements, Their Precision, Frequency, Etc. The Delivery Must Consist Of A Complete Functional Set Containing Data Loggers, Water Level Sensor And Oxygen Sensor/Temperature. The Wireless Data Loggers Covered By This Agreement Must Be Installed And Operated By The Customers Local Employees Throughout The Country. Measured Data Must Be Delivered Directly To The Joint Public Infrastructure For Environmental Data Under Denmarks Environmental Portal (Dmp), From Which The Customer Can Forward Data To Various Specialist Databases, Such As Vanda. Delivery Of Measured Data From Data Loggers Must Take Place Via A Wireless Data Connection In The Data Loggers Directly To Dmps Infrastructure In Microsoft Azure (Dmp-Iot), Bypassing Any Other Cloud Solutions. To Ensure Stable Data Transfer Also At Remote And Low-Lying Measuring Stations, Where The Receiving Conditions Can Be Challenging, Data Loggers Must Use Stable And Nationwide Telemetry/Network Solutions That Are Available To The Customer. It Must Also Be Possible For A Field Worker Under Supervision In The Field To Operate A Data Logger Via A Direct Connection Or A Wireless Connection, Directly Between The Data Logger And The Field Workers Control Device, I.E. Without The Use Of A Telemetry Solution, So That Possible Weak Network Coverage Does Not Make Contact With Loggers Difficult.
