The University Of Helsinki Is Tendering For The Hvac Design Of Minor Renovations And Alterations To University Buildings. The Procurement Concerns The Hvac Design Tasks Performed In Construction Projects To Be Determined Separately By The University Of Helsinki Group (University Of Helsinki, University Of Helsinki Funds, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, Koy Biomedicum Helsinki And Their Real Estate And Subsidiaries) During The Framework Contract Period. Based On The Participation Applications, 5-10 Companies Will Be Selected For The Tender. Based On The Tender, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With 3-8 Operators. For Assignments To Be Identified Later, The Customer Places Orders Below The National Threshold Value According To His Own Discretion. In Its Consideration, The Customer Takes Into Account The Characteristics Of The Project As Well As The Special Expertise And Experience Of The Contractual Partners. In Orders Exceeding The National Threshold Value, The Customer Conducts A Project-Specific Mini-Competition For Design Services From Among Framework Contract Partners. If The National Or Eu Threshold For Service Procurement Changes During The Contract Period Or Option Periods, The Above-Mentioned Order Conditions Will Be Applied In Accordance With The Applicable National Threshold At That Time.
