The Project Includes The Construction Of Infrastructure And Water Supply In The New Site Plan Area Piikkilänranta Of The Municipality Of Juva In Accordance With The Plan Documents. The Area Is Located South Of The Center Of Juva And Vt14. The Area Is Mainly An Old Agricultural Area, And A Site Plan Has Been Drawn Up For The Area For New Detached Houses With Recreational And Sheltered Green Areas And Street Arrangements. New Streets, Lighting, A Water Supply Network, And Open Ditches And Underground Ditches For The Areas Drainage Will Be Built In The Area. The New Wastewater Pumping Station Will Be Located On The Southern Edge Of The Area, From Where The Wastewater Will Be Led By The Jv Pressure Sewer Via Tuomaantie To The North Side Of Vt14. The Areas New Water Main Will Be Installed In The Same Trench. Vt14 New Undercuts For Pipelines Are Made By Hammer Drilling. The Project Includes Changing The Vt14 Bus Stop Arrangements To The Extent Required By The New Rusthollintie Street Junction And The Controls Of The Vitality Center. There Will Be Bus Stop Changes On Both Sides Of Vt14. For The Cabling Work To Be Done Later, The Protective Piping Is Ready. The Work Also Includes The Construction Of Street Lighting As Well As Road Signs And Roadway Paintings. The Municipality Of Juva Is The Client And Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy Is The Developer. The Project Will Be Implemented As A Total Price Contract.
