The Municipality Of Pelkosenniemi Is A Municipality Of More Than 900 Inhabitants In Eastern Lapland. The Operating Margin Of The Municipalitys Financial Statements In 2025 Was 4.4 Million Euros. The Municipality Of Pelkosenniemi Has Outsourced Its Accounting And Payroll Services To Monetra Oulu Oy. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Audit Of The Municipalitys Administration And Finances, As Well As Other Statutory Audit Tasks, Including The Audit Of The Municipalitys Subsidiaries. The Actual Contract Period Concerns The Audit Of The Financial Years 2027-2030. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Introduce One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period, Which Applies To The Audit Of The Financial Years 2031-2032. The Service Must Include At Least: - An Administration And Financial Audit In Accordance With The Municipal Act; - Audit Of Financial Statements; - Preparation Of The Audit Report; - Assisting The Audit Board To The Extent It Needs; - Participation In Audit Board Meetings, If Necessary; - Reporting Of Inspection Findings; - Other Statutory Audit Tasks. The Estimated Total Scope Of The Inspection Is About 6-8 Inspection Days Per Year. The Assessment Includes The Audit Of The Municipality And Its Subsidiaries. The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Purchasing Unit. The Tenderer Can Present His Own Estimate Of The Number Of Inspection Days, If The Estimate Differs From The Procurement Units Estimate For A Justified Reason. The Rating Is Not Taken Into Account In The Offer Comparison. The Audit Committee Holds 4–6 Meetings A Year. The Auditor In Charge Participates As An Expert In The Meetings Of The Audit Board If Necessary. The Resulting Costs Are Included In The Aforementioned 6-8 Inspection Days Of The Audit.
