Against The Background Of A Possible Future 5-Tier Orientation Of The School, The Planned Construction Measure Is Intended To Achieve A Sustainable Expansion Of The Existing Room Capacities. The Goals Of The Construction Measure Are • The Creation Of Three Additional Barrier-Free Classrooms With Associated Cloakrooms In The Area Of The Extension, • The Implementation Of The Extension In Wooden Construction To Minimize The Additional Loads On The Existing Building, • The Expansion Of The Unused Roof Space To Create A Teachers Silence And Up To Four Meeting Rooms, • Checking The Feasibility Of The Roof Spaces In Accordance With The Workplace Guidelines, Fire Protection And Structural Conditions, • Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Roof Area While Maintaining The Existing Roof Structure, • Ensuring Sufficient Space Capacity For A Permanent 5-Room Primary School And • Expanding The Existing Elevator System On The North Facade For Barrier-Free Access To The Additional Floor. The Basis Of The Measure Is An Existing Simple Overview Plan, Which Has Been Coordinated With Was Created By The School Management And Shows The Essential Needs And Possible Areas Of Implementation. The Measures Must Take Place During Ongoing School Operations. Therefore, Protective Measures Against Noise Must Be Planned During Ongoing School Operations. Suitable Structural Protection Measures Against Ingress Of Water Must Also Be Planned During The Construction Period. The Cost Framework For The Kg 200-600 According To Din 276 Is Around € 4,000,000 Gross. The Aim Of Further Planning And Execution Is Not To Exceed This Cost Framework.
