The Services Include In Particular: - Cleaning, Disinfection And Routine Maintenance Of Premises (Floors, Furniture, Sanitary Facilities, Break Room Refrigerators, Etc.), - Collection Of Certain Waste Inside The Buildings And Evacuation To Collection Points Outside The Buildings, - Collection Of Waste Outside On The Centers Pedestrian Paths And Car Parks, - Rat Control And Disinfestation, - The Supply And Management Of Products, Consumables And Materials Linked To The Services. The Holder Must Also Ensure The Management And Production Of Reporting Related To Services, As Well As The Updating, Management And Development Of The Cleaning Database. The Services Are Carried Out At The Cea Valduc Center Which Is Made Up Of Several Occupied Buildings, Part Of Which Is Of An Industrial And Nuclear Nature And In Which The Contractor Must Intervene. As An Indication And Scalability, The Floor Area To Be Cleaned Is 150,000 M2 And The Glazing Area Is 25,000 M2 For All The Buildings In The Valduc Center. The Contract Is Planned For A Duration Of 61 Months Including 36 Firm Months And 25 Optional Months (1 Month Of Incoming Reversibility And 24 Months Of Extension Of The Contract Which Can Be Divided Into 12-Month Increments).
