The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Entity/Customer) Requests Bids For The Procurement Of The Recruitment System In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Browser-Based Recruitment System As A Ready-Made Solution And Software Service (Saas) For The City Of Salo To Manage And Coordinate The Recruitment Process And Placement. With A Ready-Made Solution, We Are Looking For A Software Service That Can Be Implemented Quickly And Is Constantly Developing On Behalf Of The Supplier. The Procurement Consists Of The Following Main Components: • Recruitment System • Substitute Recruitment System • Commissioning Project, Incl. Main User Trainings & Testing Plan • Support And Maintenance Services • Possibility Of Using The Training Base • Integration Possibilities The Goal Is To Have A Reliable And User-Friendly Recruitment System For The City. The System Must Also Provide A User-Friendly And As Automated Platform As Possible For The Management And Coordination Of Deputies. The Goal Is A Clear And Easy-To-Use Tool For Use By The Entire Organization. The System Must Be Up-To-Date And Renewable. The System Must Include The Program Providers Support Services And Introductions To Users Of Possible New Features. In Addition, The System Must Have Good And Efficient Reporting And Analytics Features. The Contract Period Is Supposed To Start In February 2028. The Contract Is Concluded As An Indefinite Contract With A Six-Month Notice Period On Both Sides. The Requirements Of The Object Of Procurement, I.E. The Recruitment System, Are Described In The Tender Request And Its Attachments.
