The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Live And Where There Are Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. The Municipal Waste Collection Service Covers All Residential Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Commune. Inowłódz And The Above-Mentioned Equipment. Real Estate In Containers For Collecting Mixed Municipal Waste And Containers And Bags For Collecting Segregated Waste. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: - Equipping, Free Of Charge And At Its Own Expense, Properties Reported By The Ordering Party, Inhabited In Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings And On Which There Are Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, With The Necessary Containers (Containers) For Collecting Mixed Waste, As Well As Collecting The Containers After The End Of The Contract; - Equipping, Free Of Charge And At The Ordering Partys Own Expense, Properties Registered By The Ordering Party, Inhabited In Single-Family Buildings And With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, With Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, And In Multi-Family Buildings With Containers For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, As Well As Collecting The Containers After The End Of The Contract; - Collection And Management Of Large-Size Waste, Used Electronic And Electrical Equipment, Textiles, Batteries And Accumulators And Used Tires During A Road Collection; - Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected By The Ordering Party At The Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point; - Collection And Management Of Waste From Property Owners For Whom The Decision Referred To In Art. 6 Section 7 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Substitute Implementation); - Carrying Out Inspections Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Inhabited Areas And In Which There Are Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes.
