Storage Media – Delivery Of 10 Pieces Of 2Tb Ssd External Drives. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 10 Pieces Of External Ssd 2Tb Drives (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment), Compliant With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Brand New, Unused Equipment, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Full Value, Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards, Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Covered By A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period. 3. The Contractor Declares That The Offered Equipment, On The Day Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol, Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or From Sale. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment To The Building Of The Lublin Center Of Innovation And Technology, Ul. Uniwersytecka 4, Room No. 1, 20-029 Lublin, On Its Own, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Along With Bringing The Equipment To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative During The Ordering Partys Office Hours, I.E. On Business Days From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty Conditions And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
