Aggregates – Successful Delivery (Sale With Transport And Unloading) Of Dolomite Aggregate. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery (Sale With Transport And Unloading) Of Dolomite Aggregate With Fractions Of 0-31.5 Mm, 31.5-63 Mm, 0-63 Mm And 0-4 Mm. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Pursuant To Art. 34 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of 1 Renewal Of The Order, Consisting In Repeating The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Another 12 Months. 4. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing That It Will Benefit From The Renewal No Later Than Two Months Before The Expiry Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Written Declaration Of Consent To Resuming The Order Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Information From The Ordering Party. If The Contractor Does Not Respond Within The Above-Mentioned Period, The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Does Not Consent To The Resumption Of The Order. 5. If The Contractor Is Not Informed Within The Period Described In Section Above, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Will Not Benefit From The Renewal. The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Benefit From The Resumption. 6. The Ordering Party Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In The Following Scope: - Basic (Guaranteed) - Optional. 7. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Aggregates. The Required Minimum Warranty Period Is 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Completion Of The Partial Order.
