The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning And Maintenance Of The Organization, Automation And Defense Response (Soar) System For The National Visa Information System (Nvis) Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, In Connection With The Project No. Bg65bvpr001-2.002-0002 Development And Upgrade Of The Program And Technical Support Of The Nvis, Financed Under An Administrative Grant Contract Assistance With Reg. No. 812108-81/20.11.2024 From The Financial Support Instrument For Border Management And Visa Policy 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Union. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: - Activity 1 - Delivery Of A System For Organization, Automation And Defense Response (Soar) For The Needs Of The National Visa Information System (Nvis). - Activity 2 - Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning Services Of The Delivered Defense Organization, Automation And Response (Soar) System At The Nvis Main And Backup Visa Center. - Activity 3 - System Of Organization, Automation And Defense Response (Soar) Expert Support Services. - Software Support Of The Security Orchestration, Automation And Response System (Soar), According To The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix 1. The Planned Activities Cover Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Implementation, Software And Expert Support Of The Security Orchestration, Automation And Response System (Soar) And Software Licenses Ensuring The Functionality And Right To Use The System, Including Support Designed For The Needs Of The National Visa Information System (Hvis). The Defense Organization, Automation And Response (Soar) System Will Provide A Significant Development Of The Nvis Infrastructure. This Solution Will Increase The Level Of Security And Resilience Of The System By Providing The Necessary Monitoring And Prevention Against Potential Risks And Threats Related To The Operation And Access To Information Of The Nvis. The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1.
