The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 75 In The Military Complex At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Commune Group. Dragacz, Which Consists Of The Following Scope: 1) Replacement Of Parts Of The Door Joinery, 2) Flooring Works - Making Floors With Stoneware Tiles, 3) Plastering Works - Making Gypsum Plasters On Walls And Ceilings, 4) Painting Works On The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings, 5) Replacing The Sanitary Installation - Water And Sewage, 6) Replacing The Electrical Installation, 7) Waste Removal And Management. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting In Performing Accompanying Works Consisting Of Lighting The Work Area, Fencing The Work Stages, Securing And Fencing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Handrails, Bridges, Canopies And Protections, Constructing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Work Area, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Contractor Shall Implement The Above With Its Own Efforts And At The Price Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection And The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 120, Item 1126, As Amended) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text), Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Bioz Plan Prepared By The Construction Works Manager On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree On The Work Schedule With The Supervision Inspector And Submit It To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site For The Purpose Of Implementation. In The Work Schedule, The Contractor Will Specify In Particular The Dates And Scope Of Individual Works, Including Works Subject To Partial Acceptance, If The Contractor Envisages Execution Of The Contract In Parts. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Stwiorb, The Bill Of Quantities And The Offer Cost Estimate, Has Been Prepared In Accordance With Article 99(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, And Does Not Require The Introduction Of Equivalent Solutions And Criteria Pursuant To Article 99(4) And (5) Of The Public Procurement Law Safety Of Persons Carrying Out The Scope Of The Concluded Contract And Persons Staying On The Work Site On The Part Of The Ordering Party And The User Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party And Other Persons Authorized By Him, As Well As Other Participants Of The Construction Process, With Access To The Construction Works Area And To Every Place Where Works In Connection With The Contract Will Be Performed.
