1. The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building At Ul. Sienieńskiego 20 In Raków And Adaptation Of Rooms In The Building At Ul. Sienieńskiego 20 For The Needs Of The Municipal Public Library In Raków. Task 1: Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building At Ul. Sienieńskiego 20 In Raków. The Task Will Include Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building, Which Includes: • Replacement Of Windows And Doors, • Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water, Including The Installation Of A Furnace, • Modernization Of Lighting And Electrical Installation For Lighting, • Insulating The External Walls Of The Building And Basement Walls, • Insulating The Floor On The Ground In The Gym Room, • Adapting The Building In Terms Of Accessibility For Disabled People By Installing An Elevator With A Self-Supporting Structure In Accordance With The Drawing, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Staircase; Due To The Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building, Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Roofs And Entrance Stairs Are Planned. Moreover, In Order To Properly Insulate The Basement Walls, It Is Necessary To Dismantle, And After The Insulation Is Done, Restore The Wells Illuminating The Basement Floor. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Additional Works And Elements Of The Installation That Have Not Been Specified And Are Necessary For The Proper Functioning, Stability Of The Installation And Obtaining A Guarantee Of The Correct And Failure-Free Operation Of All Its Elements. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Activities Necessary To Complete The Task, Including The Development Of Technical Documentation To The Extent Required By The Nature Of The Works Performed, Obtaining The Arrangements, Opinions, Notifications And Administrative Decisions Required By Law (If Required), Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Carrying Out Tests, Acceptance Tests And Measurements And Acceptance Of Devices By The Office Of Technical Inspection (If Required) And Development Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Taking Into Account All Changes Introduced During The Investment Implementation. Task 2: Reconstruction With A Change In The Use Of Parts Educational, Cultural And Sports Building (First Floor) For The Needs Of The Municipal Public Library In Raków. The Building In Question Is Used As An Educational, Cultural And Sports Facility, In Which There Are Rooms Serving As The Above-Mentioned. Functions Such As: Common Room Rooms, Meeting Rooms Of The Rural Womens Association, Administrative And Office Rooms, Gym, And Senior Club Rooms. Due To The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Building For The Purposes Of The Municipal Public Library, Some Of The Rooms On The First Floor Will Be Changed To: Administration To Library Rooms.
