The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Deliveries At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor Of Bakery Products To The Prison In Przemyśl And The External Department In Medyka According To The List Given Below: A) Wheat-Rye Bread - 25,000 Kg, B) Graham Bread - 800 Kg, C) Breadcrumbs - 120 Kg. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Polish Standards Translating European Standards Or Other Standards. Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, Or Parameters Relating To These Standards. In Terms Of Organoleptic Properties, The Delivered Products Should Have Appropriate Color, Taste, Smell And Must Be Free From Physical, Mechanical And Chemical Impurities. Products Must Be Marked In Accordance With The Standard And Applicable Sanitary Law. Each Transport Packaging Must Contain A Label Containing At Least The Following Data: Name Of The Product, Net Weight Or Number Of Pieces In The Package, Name And Address Of The Supplier-Manufacturer, Country Of Origin, Storage Conditions, Packaging Date, Expiration Date And Other Information In Accordance With Applicable Law. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Reason For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Subject The Order Is The Delivery Of One Type Of Food Products (Bakery Products). Dividing Orders Into Parts, I.E. These Types Of Products Into Smaller Quantities, Is Pointless. Public Funds Should Be Spent Sparingly. The Customer Will Receive A More Favorable Price For Given Products, The Greater Their Estimated Quantity (Demand). In The Category Of Food Products, The Ordering Party Conducts Several Procedures In Which It Divides The Order Into Parts According To The Given Type Of Products.
