The City Of Delta Is Soliciting Proposals From Designers And Architects To Develop Designs For Houseplexes (3-4 Principal Dwelling Units Without Accessory Dwelling Units) That Could Be Built On Properties Designated Small Scale Residential (Ssr) In The Official Community Plan (Ocp). Through This Request For Proposal Process, The City May Select Multiple Proponents To Help Illustrate A Range Of Houseplex Projects That Could Take Place In Delta.Addenda:It Is The Sole Responsibility Of The Proponent To Ensure It Has Obtained, Prior To The Closing Date And Time, Any Addenda Issued By The City Of Delta. Addenda Will Be Posted On Bc Bid.Submission Of Questions:Any Questions Are To Be Submitted In Writing, By Email, To The Contact Person Below. Questions Should Be Submitted By September 21, 2026.
