The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Municipal Waste From The Following Communes, Constituting Separate Sectors: 1) Sector Xv - The Area Of The Opalenica Commune. 2. Waste Will Be Collected: 1) From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Live, 2) From Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, 3) From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located On The Plot With Registration Number: A) 401/11 Located In The Area Of Troszczyn In The Opalenica Commune (Sector Xv), 4) From Pharmacies Located In: A) Opalenica Commune - Sector Xv (Collection Of Expired Medicines), 5) From Electropoints Located In: A) Opalenica, Ul. 3 Maja, Next To The Entrance To The Parking Lot, Next To The Cemetery, Plot No. 688/1 (Sector Xv). 6) From Real Estate Indicated By The Ordering Party, If Necessary In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 6 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Sector Xv). 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Collected Waste And Its Unloading At The Municipal Installation - Prezero Recycling Zachód Sp. Z O. O. W Piotrów Pół 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń. This Tender Does Not Cover Waste Collection From Uninhabited Properties. Pursuant To Art. 6D Section 4 Point 7 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Municipal Installation - Prezero Recycling Zachód Sp. Z O. O. W Piotrów Pół 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń Municipal Waste Enabling Its Management In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Following Types Of Municipal Waste: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste [Applies To Owners Of Residential Properties (Single-Family Residential Buildings And Multi-Unit Buildings) And Owners Of Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes]; 2) Separately Collected Municipal Waste: A) Paper, Including Cardboard, Paper Packaging Waste And Cardboard Packaging Waste - Blue Container Or Bag, With The Inscription Paper, B) Plastics, Including Plastic Packaging Waste, Metals, Including Metal Packaging Waste, Multi-Material Packaging - Yellow Container Or Bag, With The Inscription Metals And Plastics, C) Glass (Colorless And Colored), Including Glass Packaging Waste - Green Container With The Inscription Glass, D) Bio-Waste, I.E. Kitchen Waste Of Plant Origin (Fruit And Vegetable Remains, Including Peelings, Cores, Egg Shells, Coffee And Tea Grounds) And Green Waste (Plant Residues - Grass, Leaves, Small Twigs, Cut Flowers, Withered Flowers, Potted Plants, Including The Root System Without Soil, Nut Shells, Needles, Cones) - Brown Container, With The Inscription Bio, E) Bulky Waste, F) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, G) Used Tires In The Amount Of 4 Pieces Per Year Per Resident, H) Teak Waste
