Tenders are invited for Supplying of Survey Devices with Training. To obtain tender documents in which the technical specifications, the contractual conditions and standard documents are described against non-refundable amount of (1,000,000 ID) one million Iraqi Dinars which should be applied. The amount shall be refundable only in case of cancellation of the said tender. Bidders must submit a bid bond in favor of OEC with an amount of (17,000,000 ID) seventeen million Iraqi Dinars or its equivalent in US dollars In the form of bank guarantee, certified check or bank draft from Iraqi accredited bank with a validity period of (120 days). The Oil Exploration Company (OEC) one of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil Companies, announces for the third time the issuance of the a/m tender within (operational) Budget described as below: GNSS system (5 base +18 rover) with full accessories (external radio included & external battery) for each base the GNSS receiver should be from American or European origin and At less GNSS receiver should have those specification or better: license for tracking of GPS(L1,L2&L5), Glonass, Galileo & Beidou constellation / Number of channels 555 or more / positioning performance and accuracy in high precision static (Hz 3 mm+ 0.1 ppm / V3.5 mm+ 0.4 ppm) and in RTK (Hz8 mm+1 ppm / V15 mm+1ppm) the GNSS receiver should have calibration - free IMU-based tilt compensation / the GNSS receiver should withstand temperature (up to 65C operation, up to 75C storage )and proof against water, sand and dust/the GNSS receiver have to be powered with exchangeable battery (NOT built-in battery) - the data collector (field controller) & tripod should be included for each GNSS receiver (base or rover )and licensed all the stakeout and seismic programs. The external radio should be compatible with the GNSS receiver and with full accessories additional two external radio with full accessories operate as a repeater (with tripod) *two external radio programing software tow static post proses software latest version and licensed for post processing and rtk adjustment Training course for the GNSS receiver system the Courses topics and level should be approved by OEC and the trainer should be certified by the manufacturing company (10 working day, 6 persons) INSIDE IRAQ. The origin should be: USA, Western Europe, or the approved factories of the international companies of the aforementioned countries all over the world and shall be new and free from manufacturing defects. The warranty period should be one year and the delivery period should be 120 days. The required qualification criteria for the tender include: (financial capability demonstrated by a bank statement amounting to IQD 510,000,000 (five hundred and ten million Iraqi dinars), with details specified in the standard documents), and (one similar completed project within the last ten (10) years prior to the closing date, with a value equivalent to 30% of the estimated cost), and (technical specifications represented by the technical offer).
