Part I - Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant And Water Storage Tank In Mniszew And Modernization Of Water Intakes And The Water Supply Network In Magnuszew1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Project In The Magnuszew Commune Implemented In The Design-Build Formula, Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works As Follows: • Modernization Of Existing Drilled Wells In Magnuszew Ensuring Water Supply In The Commune Magnuszew.• Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant In Mniszew In Terms Of Technology Modernization And Modernization Of Instrumentation And Control Equipment.• Modernization Of The Water Storage Tank Located On The Premises Of The Water Treatment Plant In Magnuszew. • Modernization Of The Worn-Out Water Supply Network In Magnuszew. 2) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Fup - Annex No. 11 To The Swz (Part I) 3. The Scope Includes Full Profiling And Preparation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits, Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works As Well As Commissioning And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff.4.The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, In Particular: • Execution Of All Design Works, • Development Of Complete Design Documentation, • Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes (If Required), • Preparation Of All Necessary Expert Opinions (If Required), • Obtaining Technical Conditions, • Obtaining Opinions, • Obtaining Agreements, • Obtaining Administrative Decisions (If Required), • Obtaining Permits And Notifications Required By Law, (If Required), • Performing Authors Supervision, • Performing Construction Works, • Delivering Equipment, • Performing Assembly, • Carrying Out Tests, • Carrying Out Technological Start-Ups, • Carrying Out Tests, • Carrying Out Measurements, • Carrying Out An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, • Developing As-Built Documentation, • Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees, • Handing Over The Facility For Use. 5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With: • Functional And Utility Program, • Construction Law, • Public Procurement Law, • Applicable Polish Standards, • Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, • Requirements Of Network Operators, • Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 6. Upon Receipt (For Each Part Of The Order), The Contractor Should Provide, Among Others: • As-Built Documentation, • Design Documentation After Changes, • Geodetic Inventory, • Declarations Of Conformity, • Certificates, • Approvals, • Operation And Maintenance Manual, • Instructions, • Warranty Cards, • Test Reports, • Commissioning Reports, • Training.7. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works, Design Documentation, Delivered Devices And Installed Materials For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For Eac
