The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting Of Modernization On The Second Floor (Rooms 68, 69, 70 With Bathrooms And A Hall Next To The Rooms) And Sanitary Installations In The Basement Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Zakopane At Ul. Szpitalna 21.2. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of: 1) Replacement Of Cold And Hot Water Installations, Circulation And Hydrant Installations At The Basement Level; 2) Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery; 3) Replacement Of Radiators; 4) Replacement Of Electrical Installations And Lighting Fixtures; 5) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Installations; 6) Replacement Of Floors In Corridors And Rooms; 7) Painting Of The Interior Of The Building; In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 8) Measurements, Tests And Checks Required By Regulations, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Works Performed. Social Welfare Homes, Workers Hotels, Boarding Schools And School Dormitories, Student Homes, Orphanages, Homes For The Homeless, Etc. The 1130 Group Also Includes Residential Buildings In The Area Of Barracks, Prisons And Correctional Facilities, Pretrial Detention Centers As Well As Buildings Of Presidential And Episcopal Residences.
