The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Components For The Test Stand Of Power Modules For The Sis100 Accelerator Of The Fair Infrastructure, Including Transport.2.The Fair (Facility For Antiproton And Ion Research) Accelerator Complex Is Currently Being Built In Darmstadt, Germany, By The International Organization Fair Gmbh, Whose Polish Shareholder Is The Jagiellonian University. One Of The Tasks Coordinated And Implemented By The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology As Part Of The Polish Contribution To The Construction Of Fair Is The Delivery Of Test Stand Elements For The Sis100 Feed Box, The Aim Of Which Is To Conduct Cryogenic And Electrical Tests Of The Feed Box, Feed In Line Box And Current Lead Box From Sector No. 3 Of The Sis100 Accelerator Of The Fair Infrastructure. 3. The Subject Of The Delivery Includes Preparation Of Production Documentation, Production, Tests Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order During The Production Phase, Factory Technical Acceptance (Fat), Preparation Of Post-Production Documentation Of Individual Elements, Transport Of Elements To The Headquarters Of Fair Gmbh In Darmstadt, Germany, Assembly And Disassembly Of The Test Stand. All Costs Related To Delivery Are Borne By The Contractor. Unloading And Acceptance Tests At The Point Of Delivery (Sat) Will Be Carried Out By The German Side. 4. Export Restrictionsthe Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Offered Subject Of The Order Can Be Exported, Re-Exported, Transferred And Delivered To The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In The Case Of Products, Their Components, Software Or Technologies Subject To Export Control Regulations, In Particular Dual-Use Products Originating From The Peoples Republic Of China, The Contractor Is Obliged, Before Submitting The Offer, To Verify The Possibility Of Their Legal Delivery To The Ordering Party. If The Delivery Requires Obtaining A Permit, License Or Other Consent Of The Competent Authority, The Obligation To Obtain It, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Cannot Offer A Product Whose Supply To The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology Is Legally Unacceptable. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Documents Issued By The Chinese Ministry Of Commerce (Mofcom) Or Competent Authorities Confirming The Possibility Of Lawfully Delivering The Offered Goods To The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology.
