Wrocławska 158, Consisting, According To The Land Register, Of Plot No. 83/28, Szczawienko District No. 2 With An Area Of 0.9571 Ha (Ninety-Five Ares Seventy-One Square Meters) And Plot No. 83/29, Szczawienko District No. 2 With An Area Of 1.0489 Ha (One Hectare Four Ares Eighty-Nine Square Meters), Including - The Building Erected On It Palm House. The Property Is Included In The Land And Mortgage Register Kept By The District Court In Wałbrzych, 7Th Land And Mortgage Register Department, Under Number Sw1w/00086282/5. The Palmiarnia Building Complex On Plot No. 83/29, Szczawienko District No. 2 In Wałbrzych, Is Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By Decision Of August 3, 1994, Under Number 1407/Wł., And The Garden Complex, Located, Among Others, On Plots Of Land No. 83/28 And No. 83/29, Is Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number A/1275 By Decision Of 1 October 2009.
