Request for Quotation for RFQ-Provision of Event Management Services for DMT Health & Safety Event Bidding Opens on: 09 September 2026 Due on: 15 September 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) invites qualified and experienced event management companies to participate in a public tender for the design, production, installation, management, and dismantling of the Occupational Health & Safety Day Event 2026, scheduled to take place on 07 October 2026 at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a complete turnkey event solution, including event concept and design, stage production, exhibition booths, venue branding, registration management, audiovisual and lighting systems, simultaneous interpretation services, live streaming, onsite event management, and post-event dismantling. The event is expected to accommodate approximately 300 attendees and will feature VIP guests, networking areas, exhibition booths, and a formal awards ceremony.
