The Procurement Unit Is Looking For A Service Provider To Act As The Host Organization For One (1) Full-Time East Africa Partnership Manager Working In Nairobi (Kenya). In Procurement, The Service Provider Acts As The Partnership Managers Legal Employer And Is Responsible For The Operational Framework Related To The Employment Relationship, Office Services, Administrative Support And The Employers Duty Of Care, In Which The Task Is Performed. Fingo, On The Other Hand, Is Responsible For Directing The Content And Priorities Of The Work. The Agreement Is Valid From The Date Of Signing Until 31 December 2029. The Service Provider Must Recruit A Partnership Manager Within Twelve (12) Weeks Of Signing The Contract. After This, The Employment Relationship Of The Partnership Manager Is Valid From The Date Of Appointment Until 31 December 2029. The Contract Period And The Duration Of The Employment Relationship Are Therefore Of Different Lengths, And Bidders Must Take This Into Account In Their Pricing. Fingo Participates In The Selection Panel And Makes The Final Selection Decision; Omanaging The Employment Relationship In Accordance With Kenyan Law, Including Payroll, Managing Legal Obligations, Hr Support And Local Front-Line Work; Oreliable Access To A Professional Workspace In Nairobi, Including A Quiet Space Suitable For Confidential Meetings, Storage Space, The Ability To Receive Visitors And A Secure Business Address In Nairobi; Oit Equipment And Telecommunication Connections; Oservices Related To The Employers Duty Of Care, Including Safety Support, Insurance And Management Of Deviation Situations; Omanagement Of Work Trips And Travel-Related Financial Administration And Cost Management Of Events Funded From The Operating Budget When Ordered Separately; As Well As The Financial Management, Reporting And Annual Audit Of Funds Paid Based On The Agreement.
