The training will be delivered as part of a broader team-building initiative designed to strengthen team resilience, improve collaboration, and enhance overall employee well-being.The purpose of this assignment is to engage a qualified trainer/consultant to design and deliveran interactive Stress & Time Management Training session for DOT Lebanon team members.The training should provide participants with practical strategies to recognize stress triggers,develop healthy coping mechanisms, enhance emotional resilience, and improve work-lifebalance.
