The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Uniejów Water Treatment Plant Together With The Modernization Of The Water Supply Network Made Of Asbestos-Cement. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Water Treatment Plant In The Town Of Uniejów, Increasing Its Capacity From 100 M3/H To 150 M3/H, And The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Plot 2641/2 In The Town Of Uniejów. 2. In Terms Of The Water Supply Network, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Plot 2641/2 In The Town Of Uniejów. The Investment Will Include The Following Elements: - Construction Design Of The Water Supply Network; - Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network; - Works Related To Land Development. The Subject Of The Order Should Include The Construction Of A New Network And Connections Along The Route Of The Existing Asbestos And Cement Network. The Designed Water Pipeline Will Supply Water To 3 Multi-Family Buildings And For External Fire Extinguishing Purposes. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Construction Of A 110 Mm Diameter Water Supply Network With A Length Of Approximately 98.60 M And A 75 Mm Diameter Water Supply Network With A Length Of Approximately 59.32 M Along With Fittings. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Selected Contractor With Extracts From The Land Register And The Consent Of The Plot Owners. For Plot No. 1512 In The Town Of Uniejów, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Location Decision For The Implementation Of Works In The Road Area From The District Roads Authority In Poddębice. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Dismantling And Disposal Of Asbestos-Cement Pipes In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use And Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products. (Journal Of Laws Of 2004, No. 71, Item 649, As Amended) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Waste Transfer Card In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) 3. In The Scope Of The Treatment Plant Water In Uniejów, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Modernization Of The Existing Water Treatment Plant In The Town Of Uniejów, Increasing Its Capacity From 100 M3/H To 150 M3/H. The Investment Includes: 3.1 Construction Of An Underground Reinforced Concrete Collecting Chamber With Pipelines From The S-1, S-5 And S-6 Deep Wells, Equipped With Fittings And An Electromagnetic Flow Meter For Collective Flow Measurement.
