The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Documentation For The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Alarm And Circuit System At The Remand Center In Bydgoszcz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Subject Of The Order Is: A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Alarm And Circuit System At The Detention Center In Bydgoszcz, The Exact Location Of The Installed Devices Will Be Presented On Site During A Site Visit. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring The Full Technical Efficiency Of The System. The Main Purpose Of Using The Perimeter Protection System Is To Detect Potential Intruders As Soon As Possible, I.E. As Soon As They Cross The Fence. The Most Effective Perimeter Protection System Is The Use Of Fence Detectors Equipped With Vibration Sensors, The So-Called Accelerometers Directly On The Fence Spans. The System Should Provide Protection Against Unauthorized Passage Through The Fence And At The Same Time Eliminate Disruptions Caused By Wind, Precipitation Or Ground Vibrations Caused By Passing Vehicles. The System Should Be Fully Addressable, I.E. Each Detector Should Have Its Own Unique Id Address And Monitor One Detection Area. The Place Where The Fence Was Breached By The Intruder Must Be Determined With An Accuracy Of Up To 5 Meters. The Perimeter Protection System Should Have The Highest Security Level: Grade 4.
