The Basic Scope Of Works Includes The Following: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Investment The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Public Utility Building With The Necessary Infrastructure (Water Connection, Sanitary And Storm Sewage, Rainwater Tank, Area Lighting And An External Section Of The Electrical Installation To The Measuring Point) As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of Training And Supported Housing On Part Of Plots No. 26/10, 26/74, 26/3, Precinct 6 Hsw, State Forests. In Stalowa Wola. 2) The Aim Of The Investment Is To Create A Facility As A Place To Support People With Special Needs Through The Possibility Of Living In The Form Of A 24-Hour Stay And Providing Assistance Tailored To The Individual Needs Of The People Staying There In Order To Enable Them To Lead An Independent Life Or Support These People In Their Everyday Life.3) The Designed Building Contains 3 Separate Apartments For 8 People: - M1 - Assisted Living For 2 People - M2 - Training Apartment For 3 People - M3 - Training Apartment For 3 People4) Characteristic Parameters Of The Building: Ground Floor Usable Area 278.53 M² Attic Usable Area 193.05 M² Attic Remaining Area 11.12 M² Total Area 482.7 M²3.
