The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Successive Delivery Of Medicines, Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, To The Medicines Warehouse Of The Sp Zoz Emergency Medical Service Station In Częstochowa At Ul. Kilińskiego 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. At The Stage Of Contract Execution, If It Is Found That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Inconsistent With The Parameters Described In The Swz Or Is Not Complete, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Subject Of The Order Covered By The Complaint, Drawing Up A Report Containing The Reasons For The Refusal To Accept. The Price And Name On The Invoice Must Correspond To The Price And Trade Name Included In The Contractors Offer, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce It To 20% Of The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex 1 To This Specification. For This Reason, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Compensation Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction Of The Order. Each Delivery Will Be Made To The Medicines Warehouse In The Building At Ul. Jana Kilińskiego 10 In Częstochowa. In This Respect, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Unload The Subject Of Each Delivery And Deliver It To The Above-Mentioned Department. Each Delivery Will Be Made In Packaging That Protects The Drugs Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Against Damage. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Damage Resulting From Improper Packaging Or Improper Transport Until The Ordering Party Receives It At The Medicines Warehouse. Packaging And Transport Costs Are Part Of The Unit Price. Transport Of Medicinal Products Will Take Place In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health 1 Of March 13, 2015 On The Requirements Of Good Distribution Practice.
