Tenders are invited for Flower Arrangement Services for Katara Hospitality Local Properties for Two (02) Years Fees QR: 1500.00 Interested Contractors are invited to register their Company online and obtain a Supplier Registration ID, a requirement for the issuance of Tender Documents by Katara Hospitality. A payment of non-refundable document fees should be deposited to Katara Hospitality Bank Account No. 0013-038587-060 with Qatar National Bank. Tender documents may be collected during the Tender Sale Period only. Tender requests submitted after the specified Tender Sale Period will not be considered. Bank receipt together with valid Company Commercial Registration and Computer Card must be submitted via KH.onlinetender@katarahospitality.com only. Tender Documents will be sent electronically within 24 hours during working days from receipt of complete requirements. Proposal to be submitted in sealed envelopes as per the Tender Documents requirements in (HARD COPY) & (SOFT COPY on USB). The successful tenderer is required to submit a performance bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar and shall be valid to 30 days after the Contract expiry. Offers should be valid for 120 days commencing from the closing date (as stated above). Katara Hospitality has the right to increase or decrease the scope of services by 20% with the same terms, conditions. Katara Hospitality is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any other tender and is under no obligation to show reasons thereof. Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on the specified closing date. All submission should be delivered to the 30th Floor Reception of Katara Hospitality Head Office, Burj Marina Tower, Lusail City and addressed to the Chairman-Tenders Committee, quoting the Tender Number and Subject.
