Under this agreement, the terms of supply (e.g., indemnities, liabilities, warranties, prices etc.) will be established, along with the conditions of supply (e.g., specifications, lead times, quality etc.). qualified bidders are eligible to apply for any one or all lots including any one section or both sections. The Framework Agreement does not commit Save the Children International (SCI) to any purchases or specific volumes. All future purchases will be executed through separate Purchase Orders, which will be governed by and linked to the original Framework Agreement.
