It Is Required To Contract The Destruction Service Through The Incineration Method Of All Illicit Substances Seized By Police Units, Which Have Been Received And Are In Custody At The Araucanía Sur Health Service, In Any Of Their Presentations, Formats, Physical Or Chemical States And Quantities.The Provision Of The Service Will Include The Final Destruction Of Said Substances, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 20,000, Which Sanctions The Illicit Trafficking Of Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances, Its Complementary Regulations And Other Legal Provisions.The Company Must Execute The Service Guaranteeing The Integrity, Security And Confidentiality Of The Process, From The Receipt Of The Substances For Their Destruction To The Issuance Of Documentation That Certifies The Complete And Effective Execution Of The Service.It Is Estimated That, Per Year, The Amount Of Drugs To Be Eliminated, Destroyed, Is Approximately 3,000 Kilograms.
