The Energie Service Biel/Bienne (Esb) Is Planning To Implement Photovoltaic (Pv) Systems On Various Company Premises As Well As To Develop A Service Model For Pv Integration For Private Households. There Is Currently No Large-Scale Pv System On The Esb Roof. The Existing Grid Infrastructure Can Be Used To Feed In Renewable Energy, But Requires Precise Analysis To Check Capacity And Grid Stability. In Addition, Private Households Have Not Yet Been Directly Integrated Into Esbs Pv Offering, Meaning That The Opportunities For Using And Marketing Their Own Electricity Remain Unused. In Addition To The Technical Requirements, Economic And Organizational Aspects Play A Central Role. The Esb Is Looking For A Sustainable And Economically Viable Business Model That Includes Both Its Own Pv System And The Integration Of Private Households. However, There Is Currently No Structured Service That Systematically Integrates Private Households Into A Pv Model. In Addition, Financing And Billing Systems Still Need To Be Defined, Particularly With Regard To Possible Funding Models, Contracting Approaches Or Tenant Electricity Models. An Initial Installation On The Seewasserwerk Building In Biel Serves As A Model System (See Document 001_Project Description_Seewasserwerk_Pv System). The Tender Also Includes Further Procurement Of Comprehensive Solutions For The Conception And Installation Of Photovoltaic (Pv) Systems On Other Roofs From Esb Or Third Parties. The Procurement Item Includes Three Main Components: Part 1: Evaluation Of Up To 3 Strategic Technical Partners For The Realization Of Pv Systems Metric: 1 Specific Project Based On The “Seawaterworks” System Part 2: Realization Of The “Seawaterworks” Reference System According To The Developed Principles Part 3: Realization Of Future Pv Systems On Behalf Of And As A Service Provider For The Esb (Installation Incl.
