Firefighting Vehicles – Equipping The Volunteer Fire Department In Rzeczyca With The Necessary Rescue Equipment. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Medium-Sized 4X4 Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Rzeczyca Volunteer Fire Department, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of Technical And Operational Parameters, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Car Must Be Brand New And Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 3. The Car Is To Be Equipped With A 6-Person Cabin, A Water And Foam System With A Water Tank Of At Least 4,000 Dm3, A Car Pump With A Fast Attack Line, A Water And Foam Cannon On The Front Bumper And Sprinklers On The Sides Of The Vehicle, A Winch, A Lighting Mast With A Power Generator, 7 Side Compartments And A Box On The Roof For Equipment, 3 Ladders Sockets. 4. The Vehicle Should Meet Exhaust Emission Standards And Be Equipped With Energy-Saving Systems, As Well As Made Of Environmentally Friendly Materials, Which Will Limit The Negative Impact Of The Project On The Climate And The Environment, Fully Respecting The Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh) Principle. 5. Additionally, The Order Includes The Following Equipment: • Hydraulic Unit With A Reel Enabling Work On Two Devices At The Same Time - 1 Pc; • Column Spreader - 1 Pc; • Two-Span, Three-Person Rescue Extension Ladder, Extended By A Rope, Equipped With Aluminum Support Bars - 1 Pc; • Rescue Helmet Intended For Firefighting In Open Spaces And For Technical, Height And Water Rescue - 2 Pieces; • Safety Harness With A Hip Belt And Automatic Buckles For Working Indoors With Four Attachment Points: Rear, Front, Waist And Evacuation Hook - 2 Pcs. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Vehicle: • An Operating Manual In Polish For The Car Chassis, Fire Protection Structure And Installed Devices And Equipment, • A Current Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection For The Vehicle, • Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Car, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law.
