Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services – Comprehensive Organization Of A Foreign Study Trip For Local Government Employees In The Field Of Energy Transformation. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Foreign Study Trip To Switzerland, Devoted To Energy Transformation Issues, For A Minimum Of 40 And A Maximum Of 50 Employees Of Local Government Units (Lgus). The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Development By The Contractor Of A Detailed Program Of The Study Visit, Implementation Of The Program In Its Substantive Part And Provision Of Accommodation, Meals, Transport Of Participants, Logistics Services, Insurance Of Participants, Translator Services And A Study Visit Supervisor. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4.
