X 150 Tr Chilling Units, Associated Pumps, 39 Nos. Ahus, Centralized Temperature Control System , Building Management System (Bms) Etc Complete Including Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance. A. Equipment:1. Chillers - Comprehensive Amc Including Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, Refrigerant, Spares, Overhauling.2. Air Handling Units (Ahus) – Complete Service Incl. Filters, Coils, Motors, Drives, D Ers.3. Fan Coil Units (Fcus)4. Cooling Towers – Servicing Incl. Water Treatment, Fill Cleaning/Replacement5. Pumps (Chilled Water / Condenser Water) – Overhauling, Alignment, Gland/ Seal Replacement.6. Split Unitsb.
