Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works - Flood Protection In The Wątok Stream Valley In The Tarnów Commune And Skrzyszów And Ryglice, Tarnów Poviat - Update Of The Concept, Pfu And Obtaining Duś. Scope Of Design Work: 1. Concept. The Order Includes A Concept Defining The Direction Of Flood Protection Activities In The Wątok Stream Valley, I.E.: - Development Of An Update Of The Concept, - Development Of A Conceptual Design A) Development Of A Concept Specifying The Goals And Directions Of Activities As Well As The Current Possibilities, Method And Estimated Costs Of Carrying Out Flood Protection Activities In The Wątok Stream Valley And Includes: - Inventory Of The Watercourse Bed In Terms Of Existing Hydrotechnical, Regulatory And Bank Protection Structures Plotted On A Basic Map And An Orthophotomap Along With Photographic Documentation And An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building. - Preliminary Identification Of The Geological Structure For The Needs Of Planned Investments - Based On Existing Cartographic Materials And Cross-Sections, - Inventory, Acquisition And Development Of Geodetic Materials, I.E. Basic Maps, Valley Cross-Sections, Building Cross-Sections, Riverbed Cross-Sections On A Scale Of 1:100/1000 To The Extent Necessary To Develop The Concept. - Hydrological And Hydraulic Calculations (One-Dimensional Hydraulic Model) And Designation Of Flood Hazard Zones For Waters With A Specific Probability Of Elevation P = 10%, 1% And 0.2%. - As Part Of This Task, The Contractor, In Consultation With The Employer, May Use The Hydraulic Model For The Wątok Stream Developed In The Mike11 Software As Part Of The Update Of Flood Hazard Maps And Flood Risk Maps. At The Same Time, We Would Like To Inform You That The Provided Model Constitutes An Integral Whole, And Therefore It Is Unacceptable To Use Component Data (Such As Cross-Sections Or Boundary Conditions) That Were The Basis For Its Development. The Shared Model Cannot Be Used For Any Other Purpose. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Check And Accept The Method Of Entering New Data. For This Purpose, Before Performing The Appropriate Simulations, The Model With Implemented Changes Should Be Presented For Acceptance By The Ordering Party. - Analysis Of The Existing Condition Of The Stream Bed In Terms Of The Environmental Conditions Of Ichthyofauna And Performing A Preliminary Hydromorphological Assessment, Including Analysis And Description Of Phenomena Having A Negative Impact On The Biological Balance Of The River, The Dynamic Balance Of Bottom Sediments And The Identification Of Biological And Anthropogenic Obstacles To The Free Migration Of Aquatic Organisms. - Proposal Of Technical Measures To Protect The Wątok Stream Valley Against Floods, Taking Into Account Changes In Infrastructure, Terrain, Density And Location Of Residential Buildings. - Assessment Of The Effectiveness Of The Proposed Technical Actions Using A Hydraulic Model. - Preparation Of Estimated Costs Of Implementing The Planned Activities. B) Development Of A Conceptual Design For Technical Solutions Selected From The Concepts And Recommended For Implementation, Which Will Constitute The Basis For The Development Of The Function Program
