The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Modernization Of The Workshop With The Supply Of Equipment In The Catering And Hotel School Complex In Gdańsk At Al. Legionów 7, As Part Of The Project: Gdańsk As A City Of Professionals, Development Of Infrastructure And Equipment For Vocational Schools In Gdańsk - Stage Ii. The Subject Of The Task Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Workshop Together With The Delivery Of Equipment In Selected Rooms In The Building Of The Catering And Hotel School Complex In Gdańsk Located At Al. Legionów 7, Plot No. 653, Precinct 43. 2. The Order Covers Both Construction Works And Deliveries. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 27 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Provisions Relating To The Main Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Supplies, Apply To The Award Of The Contract In Question. 3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Supplies Necessary To Complete The Task, Including The Following Elements: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works; B) Construction Works; C) Performance Of Works In The Following Sectors: Sanitary And Electrical, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Installation Works; D) Delivery And Installation Of Teaching Equipment, Including Technological Devices; Furniture And Other Elements Of The Arrangement Of Modernized Studios; E) Cleaning Works, Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste. 4. The Required Technical Parameters Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order And The Quantitative Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Opz. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 6. The Order In The Part Regarding The Supply Of Equipment Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Project Gdańsk As A City Of Professionals - Development Of Infrastructure And Equipment For Vocational Schools In Gdańsk - Stage Ii Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 6.
