Hvc Is Looking For A Broker Who Specializes In Recruiting/Sourcing, Pre-Selecting And Deploying Interim Professionals, For Example Self-Employed Persons Or Secondment Workers, At Hvc, Including Contracting And Handling Administrative Processes And Mitigating Various Legal, Financial And Operational Risks. During Implementation, The Tenderer Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Program Of Requirements, Appendix 9. The Broker Acts On Behalf Of Hvc Towards The Market. Hvc Has A Party In Mind That Can Cover The Entire Market Of Potential Candidates To Be Offered. The Focus Of Our Hiring Lies With The Projects Department, Which Mainly Carries Out Technical Projects For The Entire Hvc, For Example For Our Heat Business Unit, Which Focuses Mainly On The Development And Construction Of Heat Networks And Geothermal Sources. Functions/Roles That Are Frequently Hired Are Plant/Maintenance Engineers, Project Managers/Leaders, Work Planners And Managers. In Addition, Some Professionals Are Hired Within Other Business Units And Support Services, Such As Hr, Communications, Finance And Legal Affairs. The Broker Will Be Responsible For The Following Processes On Behalf Of Hvc: - Sourcing, Pre-Selection And Contracting Of Qualified Candidates Through Broad Market Access; - Contract Management With Regard To Supplier Agreements And Further Agreements, Screening, Supplier Management, File Formation; - Time Registration And (Central) Invoicing; - (Management) Reports.
