Business Travel Services – European Public Tender Business Travel (Transport And Accommodation). Through This Tender, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Lawfully Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Service Provider (Intermediary Function) For The Mediation Of Transport (Airline And/Or International Train Ticket) And Accommodation For Employees Of The Contracting Authority. This Means One Service Provider, One Intermediary, One (Service) Counter And One Clear And Integral (Financial And Operational) Process To Support The Organization Of Transport And Accommodation Facilities. The Objectives Are: To Purchase Transport And Accommodation Facilities Outside The Netherlands Efficiently, Sustainably And Lawfully; To Be Able To Offer Flexibility And Care To Its Employees; Achieving An Optimal Price-Quality Ratio; Realizing An Optimally Suitable Offer With Regard To Transport And Accommodation Facilities. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes: Drawing Up Transport And Accommodation Proposals Abroad For One (1) Or More Travelers; Providing Information About Reserving, Booking, Changing And Canceling Transport, Accommodation And Related Services; Providing International Airline And Train Tickets, Including Flexible Booking Conditions If Offered By The Relevant Carrier; Arranging Accommodation Reservations And Associated Vouchers Or Confirmations; Providing Travel Documents And Relevant Information About Transport And Accommodation Conditions; Providing Support In The Event Of Emergencies During Travel (Transport) And Stays Abroad And Resolving The Consequences Thereof As Much As Possible; Providing A 24-Hour On-Call Service; Invoicing Transport And Accommodation Services; Implementing And Maintaining The Processes And Systems Required For The Provision Of Services; Providing Management Information And Periodic Reports; Signaling Current Travel Advice, For Example Based On The Travel Advice Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. The Following Are Excluded From The Scope Of The Assignment: Meeting Locations And Associated Facilities, Such As Catering, At Home And Abroad; Travel And Accommodation Within The Netherlands, Including Train Journeys, Bus Journeys, Taxi Transport, Public Transport And Domestic Accommodation Facilities.
