Place Of Performance:Germany,Coesfeld. The Requested Services Include Earthworks And Foundation Work, Including Drainage Canal Work Under The Extension Building, Partial Cladding Work And Conversion Work In The Existing Earthing System, Earth And Drainage Canal Work For Approx. 450 M Of Dirt And Rain Drainage, Concrete Work For Foundations, Sole And Concrete Components With Approx. 225 M3 Of Concrete And Approx. 13.5 Tonnes Of Reinforcing Steel. Scaffolding Work With Approx. 1,100 M2 Facing Work With Approx. 280 M2 Demolition Of Wall And Ceiling Areas And Subsequent Construction Of An Elevator Shaft Made Of Ks Masonry From The Basement To The Attic (3Rd Floor). The Work Described In This List Of Services Must Begin Immediately After The Order Has Been Placed. The Services For The Expansion, Including Tga Installations Under The Floor, Must Be Provided By February 2027. The Services Of Conversion To The Existing Building And The Cladding After Assembly Of The Wooden Structure Will Take Place In The Months 3-6/2027. The Assembly Of The Wooden Structure Is Planned For The End Of February 2027 And Will Take Place On The Reinforced Concrete Foundation Included In This Lv, Including Upstands.
