The Subject Of The Award Is The Conclusion Of An Evb-It System Delivery Contract For The Complete Delivery, Assembly, Labeling, Acceptance Support And Documentation Of A Passive Cabling Infrastructure In The Data Center, As Well As Extended Planning And Measurement According To Existing Cabling And Population Plans. The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For A Functional, Standard-Compliant And Operational Passive Infrastructure In Accordance With This Service Description. Project Planning And Detailed Technical Planning Of Passive Cabling. Timely Delivery Of All Passive Components Including Fiber Optic And Copper Components, Patch Panels, Odf Systems, Trunk Cables, Patch Cables, Cable Management, Labeling And Accessories According To The Quantity Structure. Timely Installation Of Structured, Modular And Scalable Passive Cabling In Racks, Distributors, Routes, Transfer Points And Defined Technical Areas. Timely Delivery Of Fiber Optic And Twisted Pair Patch Cables According To The Quantity Structure Including Loading According To The Clients Specifications. Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Certification Measurements In Accordance With Agreed Test Criteria. Creation Of Complete, Electronically Processable Documentation Including Port, Fiber And Cable Lists According To The Clients Specifications. Online Availability Of Measurement Protocols For The Fiber Optic Cabling To Be Installed. Support For Acceptance And Elimination Of Defects Until The Handover Is Ready For Operation. Ensuring Redundant A/B Connection Paths To Support Highly Available Operating Models. Minimization Of Operational Risks Through Standardized Components, Quality Assurance And Traceable Acceptance Processes. Creation Of Reserve Capacities For Growth, Technology Cycles And Later Expansions During Ongoing Operations. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Offered And Installed Components Of The Passive Cabling Infrastructure Remain Available For A Period Of At Least Five Years From Acceptance Of The Service. This Includes In Particular Odf Systems, Patch Panels, Chassis, Cassettes, Modules, Trunk Cables, Patch Cables, Keystone Modules, Cable Management Components, Fastening Materials And Other System-Relevant Accessories. Expansions, Reorders, Replacements And Exchanges With Identical Or Fully Compatible Components Must Be Possible Within This Period. If Individual Components Are Discontinued, Replaced Or Technically Further Developed By The Manufacturer Within The Specified Period, The Contractor Must Offer Equivalent And Fully Compatible Successor Components In A Timely Manner And Demonstrate Their Compatibility With The Existing Overall System. Changes Must Not Affect The Existing System Warranty, Documentation Logic, Labeling System, Port And Cassette Allocation, Or The Operational And Maintainability Of The Installed Infrastructure.
