Non-Hazardous Refuse And Waste Treatment And Disposal Services – Management Of Domestic Waste Plants Collected Under The Responsibility Of The Municipalities Of Thessaloniki Regional Unit For Three (3) Years + Two (2) Year Optional Right. The Object Of This Present Is The Provision, With Specialized Personnel And Equipment Of The Provider And Equipment (Bulky Waste Shredder) Available From The Contracting Authority, Of Management Services Of The Bulky Household Waste Collected Under The Responsibility Of The Municipalities Of The Regional Unit Of Thessaloniki Of The Region Of Central Macedonia. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Provide The Following: • Husmann Factory Bulky Waste Shredder, Model Hl Ii 1622, With A 357 Kw (486 Hp) Motor • The Disposal Of The Produced Material After Processing The Bulky Household Waste At The Mavrorahis Landfill • The Weighing Of The Delivered Material After The Processing Of The Bulky Household Waste At The Landfill Mavrorachis • The Service Provider Undertakes: · The Provision Of An Appropriately Licensed Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Metropolitan Area Of Thessaloniki For The Provision Of The Requested Service, · The Receipt Of The Bulky Household Waste Delivered To It By The Municipalities In The Licensed Area It Has For The Provision Of The Service · The Weighing Of The Incoming Bulky Household Waste And Its Storage In The Licensed Area It Has For The Provision Of The Service · The Processing Of The Whole Of The Bulky Household Waste Delivered To Him By The Municipalities In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Legislation, Using Proprietary Equipment And The Special Equipment (Bulky Waste Shredder) Available From The Contracting Authority, In Order To Transform Them Through Processing (Shredding, Compression, Etc.) Into Material Suitable For Burial (The Length Of Each Piece Will Not Be Greater Than Seven Centimeters), In Accordance With The Applicable Aepo, In The Mavrorachis Landfill The Loading, Transport And Delivery Of The Material Produced After The Treatment Of Bulky Household Waste From The Treatment Area At The Mavrorachis Landfill Using Suitable Closed Or Open Means Of Transport Which After Filling Will Be Fully Covered The Alternative Management, Utilization And Recycling Of Excavation, Construction And Demolition Waste (Ecw) Delivered To It By The Municipalities, Exclusively Using Proprietary Equipment (Aggregate Crusher), In Accordance With The Terms Of No. 36259/1757/Ε103 Kya (Government Gazette 1312/Β΄/24-08-2010) On Measures, Conditions And Program For The Alternative Management Of Waste From Excavations, Constructions And Demolitions (Aekk). · The Preparation Of The Studies For The Modification Of The Licensing Of The Premises Used In The Context Of This Contract. The Produced Material Will Be Received By The Contracting Authority, For Burial At The Facilities Of The Mavrorachis Landfill. In The Event That It Is Imposed By Orders And/Or Decisions Issued By Administrative And/Or Judicial Authorities, The Provider Will Take Over After The Written Consent Of The Served Municipality And The Monitoring Committee Of The Contract
