The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Services Consisting In The Processing Of Project Documentation For The Demolition Of Existing Buildings And The Construction Of A New Home For The Elderly In Český Krumlov. The Subject Of The Public Contract Consists Mainly In The Processing Of: A) Documentation For The Removal Of The Building According To Act No. 283/2021, The Construction Act, As Amended (Construction Act) And Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Documentation Of Buildings, As Amended (Decree On Construction Documentation), B) Documentation For Planning Permission According To The Construction Act And Decree On Construction Documentation, C) Documentation For The Purposes Of Processing Further Stages Project Documentation Within The Framework Of A Public Contract Implemented By The Design & Build Method, Which Will Include, In Particular, A Book Of Rooms And Standards (White Book). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also Services Consisting Of Ensuring The Related Complex Engineering Activities, Services Consisting Of Cooperation In The Selection Of The Construction Contractor, The Performance Of The Designers Supervision (Authors Supervision) During Construction Implementation And Other Related Services.
