Health And Social Work Services – Rft For The Provision Of Vulnerability Assessments To International Protection Applicants. The Service Will Comprise Of The Completion Of Vulnerability Assessments For All International Protection Applicants Upon Arrival To The State. In Accordance With The 2026 International Protection Act, An Officer Or Agent Of The Minister, In This Case, The International Protection Accommodation Service (Ipas), Must Carry Out Or Cause To Be Carried Out An Assessment Of An International Protection Applicant For The Purpose Of Identifying If The Applicant Is Vulnerable Or A Victim Of Torture Or Other Inhuman Or Degrading Treatment, Or Has Special Reception Needs, And If So, The Nature Of Those Special Reception Needs, Or Require Special Procedural Guarantees.
