Environmental Issues Consultancy Services – Support Services For Local Authorities In The Use Of Behavioral And Cognitive Sciences In Their Waste Prevention Policies. The Target Audience Targeted By The Support Mission Is That Of The Communities Responsible For Carrying Out A Local Program For The Prevention Of Household And Similar Waste (Plpdma) (See Article L.541-15-1 Of The Environmental Code). The Precise Definition Of The Need Appears In The Cctp. This Is A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles R. 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code Concluded With An Economic Operator. The Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Terms And Conditions For Issuing Purchase Orders Appear In The Ccap. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount Of 110,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. In Application Of Article L 2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Allocate This Framework Agreement Is Justified By The Following Reason(S): - The Allocation In Separate Lots Is Likely To Restrict Competition Or Risks Making The Execution Of The Services Technically Difficult Or Financially More Costly.
