Storage Media – Purchase Of Hard Drives For The Deduplicator Owned By The Ordering Party. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Hard Drives For The Deduplicator Owned By The Ordering Party. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) Deliver Hard Drives (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment). B) Supplying With The Equipment All Necessary Materials, Licenses, Accessories And Cabling Needed To Connect And Run The Provided Solution (If Applicable). 3. The Equipment Should Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty In Accordance With The Warranty Period Of The Deduplicator, Counted From The Signing Of The Equipment Acceptance Protocol - Without Reservations, At Least Until January 19, 2029. 4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment Is The Building Of The Marshals Office Of The Lublin Voivodeship At 4 Artura Grottgera Street In Lublin. The Contractor Will Provide Transport To The Indicated Room. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Within 20/30/40 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (Depending On The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. The Deadline For Completion Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria). The Maximum Delivery Time For The Equipment Is Up To 40 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 6. A Working Day (Hereinafter Referred To As The Business Day) Is A Day From Monday To Friday, From 8.00 A.M. To 5.00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays And Holidays At The Ordering Partys. 7. The Contractor Will Agree On The Delivery Date Of The Subject Of The Order At Least 2 Business Days In Advance. 8. The Ordering Party Declares That There Are No Free Bays For Mounting Disks In Its Deduplicator. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Disk Shelf. 9. Number Of Hard Drives Ordered – 9 Pieces. 10.The Equipment Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty / Manufacturers Authorized Service. Detailed Information Regarding The Guarantee Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract. 11. Detailed Technical Requirements Of The Equipment Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
