Expression of Interest for Acquisition and Provision of Voice Telephony Services for the Telecommunication Needs of Cedefop. Start date for expression of interest: 07/09/2026 Europe/Brussels Deadline for expression of interest: 23/09/2026 02:29 Europe/Athens Background Information: The objective of this call for tenders is to acquire Telecommunication Voice services for Cedefop PaBX. The maximum budget foreseen for this contract is EUR 60 000 (excluding VAT) for the whole duration of the framework contract which is 7 years (initial duration 1 year, renewable 6 times, 1 year each time). Mandatory technical requirements The winning tenderer will have to create a medium-line (copper or fibre optic) that will connect Cedefop PaBX with the Telecom network of the provider. The existing numbering scheme (established in 1996) of Cedefop (300 direct numbers from 2310 490-000 to 490-299) must be transitioned from the current provider to the new provider. The medium connection between the winning tenderers infrastructure to Cedefop PaBX must be an E1 G.703 120 OHM connection.
